What is included in a home inspection?

During each visit we record indoor and outdoor temperatures, check your propane tank level, and confirm that every gas and electric fireplace is operating properly. We check hot tub levels and chemistry, read your boiler or furnace supply temperature and glycol levels, and make sure all lights and blinds throughout the home are working as they should. You'll also receive a photo of the home with each report. Every property is different, so we tailor our inspections to each client and can add any extra checks you need.

How is pricing structured?

Our monthly rate is based on the square footage of your home and includes your regular monthly inspection and hot tub maintenance. Any additional care or special projects outside of the standard inspection are billed hourly.
